You will define innovative thermal management approaches and translate customer needs into repeatable, scalable designs for multiple geographies. You will collaborate with R&D, product management and field teams, delivering technically robust guidance, white papers, and application notes while traveling as required to engage with stakeholders and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing mechanical cooling systems (chillers, pumps, storage)
• 5+ years in data center cooling system design
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical cooling systems and trends
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to write product specifications for end users, consultants, and installers
• Experience in strategic planning, marketing and market research
• Highly developed prospecting skills to identify decision-makers
• Willingness to travel globally as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop globally applicable reference designs for facility water use in cooling architectures
• Engage with partners to create white papers, case studies or guides for cooling equipment
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders at conferences and events to shape next-gen data center cooling
• Provide technical support on facility water products internally and externally
• Coordinate with R&D, Training, Product Management and Support to align with market needs
