Job summary

Join Nxera in Singapore as a Project Manager, leading the execution of data center projects focused on sustainability and innovation. You will take charge of project management, from initiation to construction oversight, ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.

This role requires at least 5 years of experience in live data center projects, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, and strong leadership skills. Nxera offers flexible working arrangements and a full suite of benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or construction management with proven track records in live data center projects.
• Possess good communication skills in English and attention to detail.
• Willing to walk the ground verifying field progress and fronting customer for technical clarification.

Responsibilities

• Manage Data Center project execution for Tenant Fit out and A&A works.
• Execute end to end project initiation process.
• Manage approved project capital funding cashflow and spending within approved budgets.
• Oversee to ensure Environment, Safety and Occupational Health implementation.
