Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Site Selection & Colocation Manager to identify and secure optimal data center locations globally. You will lead end-to-end site evaluation, perform market analyses, and collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance to ensure sites meet technical and business needs.

You will coordinate due diligence across power, cooling, and network requirements, manage vendor relations, and drive cost-efficient, scalable data center strategies across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5–8+ years in site selection, real estate development, colocation management, or data center infra.
• Strong understanding of data center power, cooling, and network requirements.
• Experience evaluating colocation providers and negotiating leases/SLAs.
• Analytical skills in market research, cost modelling, and risk assessment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across regions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site selection for new data center facilities.
• Conduct market assessments: power, fiber, land, regulatory, risks.
• Build market intelligence on data center regions, energy markets, and pricing.
• Evaluate candidate sites via scoring models and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate environmental, geotechnical, hydrological, and seismic assessments.
• Assess infrastructure availability (power, water, fiber) and future scalability.
• Identify colocation providers and evaluate facilities against specs, SLAs and cost.
• Lead RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution with partners.
• Manage colocation lifecycle: renewals, expansions, migrations, optimizations.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLA, uptime, compliance, efficiency.
