Job summary

SEA Singapore invites applications for a Data Center Facility Specialist within the Facility & Asset Management team. You will provide technical oversight of data center infrastructure across sites, acting as a customer-side L2 escalation point and coordinating with operations, providers, and vendors to maintain reliability and safety.

You will monitor critical electrical and mechanical systems, review maintenance, manage incidents, perform RCAs, and advance preventive, risk-based facility

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in data center facilities or similar engineering environment.
• Hands-on understanding of data center electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility health and ensure infrastructure meets requirements.
• Serve as L2 escalation for facility incidents and drive RCA and follow-up.
• Review preventive maintenance, procedures and risk assessments.
• Assess power, cooling, capacity, and single points of failure.
• Coordinate with third-party providers and vendors for maintenance.
• Develop facility standards, SOPs, and health reports.
• Maintain documentation and translate findings into action.
