Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the operation of critical data center infrastructure in Singapore. You will manage changes to key systems, respond to failures, and track preventive maintenance to ensure uptime and safety.

You will lead capacity planning for power and cooling, manage availability risks, and drive projects to enhance reliability and efficiency. Collaboration with IT and construction teams on new sites and data halls is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering in electrical, mechanical or related field.
• 3+ years of critical facility management or operation experience in large data centers, or 5+ years in large-scale production facilities.
• Experience with MEP equipment such as UPS, generators, chillers, pumps, cooling towers.
• Strong safety sense and efficiency mindset in daily work.
• High attention to detail to identify risks and drive resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for critical facility operation of data centers.
• Manage changes on critical systems, respond to emergent failures, and track preventive maintenance.
• Oversee capacity management of facility systems including power and cooling.
• Manage availability risk and drive issue resolution.
• Lead projects to improve capacity, efficiency and reliability of facility systems.
• Support IT manager on projects and operations.
• Support design and project teams on new site/data-hall construction and commissioning.
• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of facility operations and maintenance.
