Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Data Centre PMC team in Singapore. The role emphasizes document control, tracking deliverables, and assisting with site inspections to understand data centre delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Common Data Environment, updating project logs, recording minutes, and supporting site walks. A relevant degree and 2–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in building construction or project coordination, Singapore exposure a plus.
• Foundational ability to read architectural blueprints, structural designs, and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide document control for the project and manage the CDE.
• Update project logs daily and track RFIs, submittals, variations, and action items.
• Attend meetings, record minutes, and monitor assigned actions.
