Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) is seeking an OE Process Engineer (Software Development) to partner with internal and external customers, developing software to streamline operations and drive efficiencies at AWS data centers in Singapore. You will manage the full software lifecycle, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.

You will work with stakeholders to identify waste and implement standardized, scalable solutions,

Qualifications

Experienced in Python, JavaScript, CICD and CDK.
Suggest & develop tools to reduce efforts and improve operational efficiencies using lean tools and software development skills.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts and best practices.

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact for internal and external customers (e.g., Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Developers, Database Engineers, Technical Operations) and Hardware Vendors, Contractors and Service Providers.
Identify waste with stakeholders and drive reductions through standardization, innovation and simplification.
Develop software applications as a key tool to advance operational excellence within teams.
Handle the complete software development lifecycle: defining, prioritising, designing, building, and testing new features.
