Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to shape and modernize critical data center networks. You’ll drive design, delivery, and automation across Cisco and Arista platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure resilience and security.

You will apply advanced problem-solving to complex infra issues, lead high-impact projects, and validate AI-driven recommendations within strict governance and change-management standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 5+ years of network engineering and operations in a large enterprise.
• Deep Data Center networking knowledge (Cisco/Arista/Juniper, VXLAN, BGP/EVPN).
• Hands-on routing/switching with BGP/OSPF/IS-IS, VLANs, vPC/MLAG, STP.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, migrate, and operate Data Center switching/routing infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain automation tools for provisioning and operation.
• Manage hardware refresh, software currency, capacity planning, and lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot across multi-vendor environments with strong problem-solving.
