Job summary

World Wide Technology in Singapore is seeking an experienced Data Center & IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex data center projects on a 12-month contract. You will coordinate with customers, technical teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure readiness and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong technical know‑how in data center environments, project governance, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end project management for data center and IT infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
• Establish project governance, KPIs, reporting structures, RAID logs, and communication plans.
• Track project progress against agreed timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, change management processes, and project documentation requirements.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Manage delivery activities associated with data center new builds, expansions, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Coordinate technology readiness with physical infrastructure availability.
• Work with M&E, facilities, construction, network, systems, and technology teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure infrastructure designs and deployments meet requirements for scalability, resiliency, availability, performance, and future expansion.
• Manage or support data center migration and relocation initiatives.
• Coordinate Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) infrastructure projects.
• Develop migration plans, dependencies, cutover schedules, and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate technical teams to minimize operational disruption during migration and cutover activities.
• Ensure appropriate testing, validation, rollback, and contingency plans are established.
• Act as the key project coordination point between WW Technology, customers, technology teams, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
