Job summary

You will perform on-site server and network equipment installs, manage cabling to industry standards, coordinate with third‑party vendors, and handle inventory and RMAs. The role requires 5+ years in data centers, strong English communication, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of data center experience.
• Hands-on server hardware and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with structured cabling standards.
• Project coordination within data center environments.
• Inventory control and remote hands coordination.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site data center operations and implement infrastructure projects, including server relocations and hardware installs.
• Install servers, network and security equipment, and cabling to industry standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware and network components.
• Coordinate on-site with third-party vendors for racks, power, servers, and cabling.
• Ensure cabling and installations follow standards.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers and shipping for domestic and international shipments.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Initiate and manage RMAs with equipment vendors.
• Provide after-hours on-call support in rotation.
