Job summary

PVH Corp. (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Junior Data Centre Hands & Feet Technician in Singapore. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in CS/IT/Electronics with 1–3 years in data centre operations or IT infrastructure support.

You will perform daily health checks, handle remote hands tasks, rack and stack servers, and ensure cabling standards. Responsibilities include incident response within SLA, ITIL process support, asset tracking, and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline with 1-3 years of experience in Data Centre Operations or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Perform daily inspections, health checks, and monitoring of data centre facilities, servers, storage, network devices, and environmental systems.
• Execute remote hands support requests and provide physical assistance during maintenance windows, hardware upgrades, and infrastructure deployments.
• Install, rack, stack, configure, replace, and decommission servers, switches, routers, firewalls, storage devices, and related IT equipment.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and replacement of components including hard drives, memory modules, power supplies, NICs, and optical transceivers.
• Install, label, test, and maintain structured copper and fiber optic cabling while ensuring proper cable management and network patching standards.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and operational alerts within SLA timelines, providing timely escalation to relevant infrastructure teams when required.
• Support ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes while maintaining accurate documentation in ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Maintain asset inventory, track hardware movements, perform periodic audits, and coordinate equipment disposal in accordance with organizational policies.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate hardware installations, maintenance activities, and operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with data centre security policies, access control procedures, EHS guidelines, and operational best practices.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, enterprise networking concepts, and structured cabling infrastructure.
• Possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a 24x7 operational environment.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in data centre operations, rack and stack activities, hardware maintenance, cabling, and IT infrastructure support will be highly preferred.
