Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced EHS Officer to support safe, compliant operations across APAC data center facilities. You will drive EHS programs, coach teams, and ensure documentation meets client and Cushman & Wakefield standards while supporting safety, service, and reporting requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in health and safety within data centers or critical environments, strong leadership and communication skills, and professional H&S qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and safety for data centers or critical environments.
• Experience with audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident management.
• Ability to influence site teams, contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of EHS policies, systems, and procedures across site operations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and client standards.
• Assist in preparing SWMS and risk assessments, and review safety documentation.
• Provide coaching and safety training to site teams, subcontractors and vendors.
• Support incident management and corrective action processes across projects.
