Job summary

Equinix Singapore is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to lead the safe, reliable operation of data center infrastructure 24x7. You will manage supervisors and engineering teams responsible for power, cooling, electrical, controls, and life-safety systems, ensuring continuity of service for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of mission-critical electrical, power, mechanical and cooling systems.
• Experience leading incidents, troubleshooting risks, and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance, lifecycle programs, capacity planning and end-of-life replacements.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 data center operations, coaching supervisors and engineering teams.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, infrastructure projects, and lifecycle replacements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor performance to ensure service levels.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of new builds or expansions.
• Direct incident response, RCA studies, and post-incident actions.
• Translate business priorities into actionable operating plans and ensure effective execution.
