Job summary

Google is seeking a data-centre cost management professional to own cost estimates, benchmarking, and preconstruction commercial activities for new data centre builds in APAC/EMEA regions. You will serve as the point of contact between project teams and the APAC Estimating group, ensuring budget support and alignment with Global Estimating.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction cost management and program management.
• Experience designing infrastructure for data centers and drawing sets.
• Pre-construction quantity surveying and cost estimating.
• Experience in design processes, procurement, and work package planning.

Responsibilities

• Own cost estimates, cost plans, benchmarking, and communications between project teams and estimating.
• Maintain and update data center construction cost estimates and provide analytics.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide insights to executives.
