Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Singapore to oversee a team delivering multiple construction projects for small to mid-sized clients, ensuring on-time completion and quality outcomes. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, monitor site progress against drawings, prepare risk assessments and status reports, and guide stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of relevant construction or PM experience.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, performance evaluation and retention.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and manage expectations.
• Strong leadership to motivate teams and improve quality and efficiency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate team daily activities, schedules, tasks, deadlines, and coaching.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with drawings and specs.
• Prepare risk assessments and status reports; review documents to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Develop stakeholder communications and resolve project risks.
• Lead by example; model CBRE RISE values and align stakeholders to reach agreement.
• Apply discipline knowledge and cross-team collaboration to achieve goals.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
