Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Singapore is seeking a senior commissioning lead to drive the strategy and execution of data center projects. You will manage commissioning for electrical, mechanical, BMS, fire protection, and IT infrastructure to ensure performance and compliance.

Coordinate with contractors, clients, and operations; review plans and reports; oversee IST and client handover; monitor schedules, risks, quality, and safety to deliver resilient, hyperscale facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and industry practices.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and operations teams.
• Review commissioning plans, test procedures, and reports.
• Ensure systems meet design specifications, performance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and final client handover.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, quality, and safety compliance.
