Responsibilities

Work with data center delivery and technical teams to provide commercial support for ongoing projects, including assessing and administering change requests and variation orders.
Review, update, and develop regional service framework agreements with providers.
Collaborate with internal process and platform teams to incorporate these into the service menu for automatic service ordering and processing by internal teams.
Support commercial managers in land, power, water, and permitting due diligence through desktop studies.
Organize the annual business review with commercial managers and internal teams.
