Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Data Analytics Manager for an 11-month contract in Central Singapore. The role focuses on data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development to turn data into insights for decision making.

The ideal candidate will develop Python scripts, automate data processes, and create dashboards with BI tools (Qlik Sense preferred). Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, cleansing, validation, and transformation.
• Prepare structured datasets for analysis, reporting, and dashboard integration.
• Automate and streamline recurring data preparation and reporting processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Support trend analysis and management reporting through data visualisation.
• Ensure dashboards remain accurate, relevant, and up to date.
• Prepare and validate regular KPI reports.
• Analyse performance trends and identify key insights to support business objectives.
• Support data-driven reporting and recommendations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Investigate and resolve data-related issues.
• Support the delivery of reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions.

Data Analytics Manager (11-Month Contract)

Salary:$4,500 per month

Location:Central Singapore

Contract Duration:11 months

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 9.00am to 6.30pm


• Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development initiatives. This role involves transforming data into meaningful insights, automating data processes, and supporting stakeholders with analytics solutions to enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities

Data Preparation & Automation

• Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, cleansing, validation, and transformation.


• Prepare structured datasets for analysis, reporting, and dashboard integration.

Requirements

• Experience in Python programming, data processing, and data analysis.


• Experience in dashboard development using Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Experience with Qlik Sense is preferred, though candidates with experience in other BI platforms are also welcome to apply.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
