Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Analytics Intern to join our AI-enabled analytics team in the Global Digital and Technology department in Singapore for a 7-month internship from January 2027 to July 2027. You will gain hands-on experience with data analytics in real estate, using AI tools like Claude to enhance daily workflows, and learn how data informs strategy and growth across the business.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a screening test onsite to assess current competency and identify growth areas

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science).
• Strong interest in data analytics and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• Exposure to analytics tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, and Snowflake is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Analytics Director and Manager with daily analytics tasks and ongoing projects.
• Validate data and maintain dashboards, analytics reports, semantic layers, and AI agents using AI-assisted methods.
• Support the building of analytics reports and applications, including products with AI-driven functions (e.g., chatbots, LLM driven analysis).
• Support ETL tasks to ensure high data quality, using AI to work more efficiently.
• Help automate reporting workflows with guidance.
• Learn to integrate data from multiple sources using tools like Python, Snowflake and PowerQuery.

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Analytics Intern to join our modern, AI-enabled analytics team in our Global Digital and Technology department for a 7 month internship starting in January 2027 and running until the end of July 2027.
