Job summary

AIA Investment Management is seeking a Data & Analytics Analyst to develop, maintain, and enhance data assets, analytics, and automation for investment and operations. You will deliver dashboards, KPI reporting, and automated workflows while collaborating with Front/MBack Office and Technology teams to drive data-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes data quality, scalable data products, and AI-enabled tooling to improve efficiency and decision support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Min 1 year of analytics engineering, BI, automation, or data analytics experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data transformation, ETL/ELT concepts, and data quality validation.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting assets, and datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical analytics solutions.
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Unity Catalog, Power Automate, REST APIs, Git, cloud data platforms is advantageous.
• Exposure to asset management, investment operations, or related fields is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analytics Engineering & Data Management to build datasets and data models for reporting.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and lineage documentation.
• Design automation and AI-enabled analytics to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
