Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS, DS, Engineering, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, BI, or related area.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining analytics solutions.
• Experience building and supporting data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and data governance is a plus.

We are looking for a highly analytical Data Analytics Engineer to develop and maintain analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will design and enhance analytics tools, build reliable data pipelines, manage data infrastructure, and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and visualization.

This role requires strong technical expertise in data engineering, statistical analysis, SQL, Python, and business intelligence platforms, along with the ability to work independently on complex analytical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics Development

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and enhance analytics tools, software, and reporting solutions.
• Develop innovative analytical approaches to address complex business challenges.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing analytics applications and programming tools.
• Evaluate complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

Data Engineering & Pipeline Development

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure accurate, reliable, and up-to-date data.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for data integration and transformation.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and governance across multiple data sources.
• Monitor pipeline performance and proactively resolve data-related issues.

Infrastructure & Platform Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain server, database, and analytics infrastructure.
• Optimize database performance, availability, and scalability.
• Support analytics platforms and ensure high system uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and database performance issues.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform statistical analysis using large datasets to generate meaningful business insights.
• Develop dashboards and interactive reports using modern visualization tools.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support business teams with ad hoc analysis and reporting requirements.

Technical Leadership

• Lead or contribute to analytics projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in analytics development.
• Drive process improvements and recommend new technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining analytics solutions.
• Strong experience building and supporting data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Experience implementing data quality and governance best practices.
