Job summary

AIA invites applications for the Data & Analytics Analyst role in Singapore. You will develop, maintain, and optimize data models, datasets and automated workflows to support Investment Management, Front Office, and Middle Office functions.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and scalable analytics across the organization. You will build Power BI dashboards and self-service analytics, collaborate with business stakeholders, and contribute to AI-enabled reporting and automation

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in data science, computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or finance.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in analytics engineering, BI, automation, or data analytics.
• Strong Python, SQL, Power BI and Excel skills.
• Experience with data transformation, ETL/ELT, and data quality validation.
• Experience building dashboards and analytical datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical datasets, data models, and transformation workflows.
• Ensure data quality controls, validation, and metadata documentation.
• Design Python-based automation solutions and AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and recurring/Ad-hoc analytics for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Investment Management, Middle Office, Operations, Risk, ESG and Tech teams.
