Job summary

Recruit CRM is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and provide insights across the organization. The role collaborates with Tech Marketing Engineers to drive data-driven decisions and optimize processes.

You will apply statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, generating actionable insights from various data sources, including calls, returns, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• ~ 2 years of relevant work experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills suitable for data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collection, analysis procedures and data insight visualizations for assigned projects.
• Collect, record, and analyze data using established protocols; communicate findings to TME for review.
• Generate actionable insights through analysis of metrics like Star Rating, NPS, calls and returns to drive improvements.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract, clean, and analyze complex data sets from various sources.
• Work independently on moderate scope problems following company policies and procedures.

Description

This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting, data to support decision-making and provide insights to the organization. The role applies statistical and analytical methods to explore data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and extract actionable insights.

R&R:

• In accordance with plan, performs/executes data collection and analysis procedures and data insight visualizations for assigned projects.
• Collects, records, and analyzes data using established protocols and processes; communicates findings to TME for review and feedback.
• Generate actionable insights through holistic and detailed analysis of such as Star Rating and NPS, calls and returns, to drive improvements and customer satisfaction.
• Utilizes advanced analytical techniques to extract, clean, and analyze complex data sets from various sources.
• Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• ~ 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
