Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking a data analytics professional to build customer-centric dashboards from transaction data and external sources, and to design analytics frameworks for prospect targeting, wallet share analysis, propensity modeling, and campaign management.

The role also covers fraud pattern identification, data enrichment, and data quality governance, with exposure to Power BI, SQL, SAS, Python, and modern visualization tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience with PowerBI, SSIS, SSAS, data modelling and SQL.
  • Experience with Python, R or SAS for analytics.
  • Familiarity with big data, ML and predictive algorithms.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or QlikView.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer centric dashboards from transaction channels and external data sources.
  • Develop analytics framework for prospect targeting, wallet share analysis, propensity modeling and campaign management.
  • Identify fraud patterns to assure sales quality and prioritization.
  • Support data related projects including data enrichment and data quality governance.

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science Finance Statistics Mathematics or any other quantitative related discipline Experience in PowerBI, SSIS. SSAS, Data Modelling, SQL, Paginated ReportsPossess strong skills in data analytical tools such as SAS R and PythonUnderstand the concept of SQL and NOSQL data baseKnowledge and experience in big data machine learning or predictive algorithms natural language processing statistics modelling and data miningGood experience with new technologies and data visualization tools such as QlikView or Tableau will be a strong plus Experience in commercial bank is a plusInterested in staying up to date on the latest analytics and big data technologiesPossess good business sense of their application in the commercial banking businessAttention to details with good communication and presentation skills
