Job summary

A leading technology transformation firm in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to lead product vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in product management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. What You Will Be Working On
Product Strategy & Vision
  • Leads the creation of product vision, speed‑to‑market strategy, roadmap and impactful objectives that align with the overall business strategy
  • Leads in the evaluation of new opportunities and puts forth proposals for new capabilities
  • Owns the product backlog and prioritisation process based on business value and customer impact
  • Defines success metrics and constantly measures the impact of the product(s)
Stakeholder Management
  • Communicates product roadmap and strategies on a regular basis to stakeholders and leadership, with the ability to influence decision making and drive collaboration
  • Develops short‑term plans aligned with long‑term goals, working with multiple stakeholders and iteratively building product capabilities
  • Conveys complex ideas concisely and actively solicits and anticipates issues from stakeholders
  • Keeps user and product outcomes at the forefront while balancing stakeholder needs
Product & Team Leadership
  • Leads and builds high‑performing cross‑functional team(s) that includes UX designers, software engineers, business analysts and/or delivery managers to deliver digital products that achieve business outcomes
  • Works closely with UX designers to plan research objectives, organise activities such as product conceptualisation workshops and usability tests
  • Analyzes requirements to drive the design or review of test cases and business processes
  • Collabore with Quality Engineer and business users to plan and monitor user acceptance tests and user performance tests
  • Continuously seeks ways to improve products in the most cost‑effective approach
Data‑Driven Decision Making
  • Utilises data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Defines and monitors key metrics and user feedback to achieve quarterly product goals
  • Works effectively with cross‑functional development teams and business stakeholders to deliver a fully functional product that achieves business outcomes
Innovation & Best Practices
  • Identifies and implements industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve product effectiveness and efficiency
  • Fosters a culture of speed, simplicity and agility, encouraging creative problem‑solving within the team
What We Are Looking For
  • More than 3 years of product management experience, ideally in a start‑up or similarly fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing decisions and driving alignment across teams
  • Proven track record of delivering an impactful product or feature
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements to technical implementation
  • Demonstrates ability to achieve stretch goals independently in an innovative fast‑paced environment
  • Strong desire and motivation to continuously learn new skills and technologies
  • Experience in Agile methodology and UX development environment
  • Knowledge of data analytics is a bonus
  • Experience facilitating focus groups, workshops and sprint reviews
  • Experience with agile tools like Figma, Miro and JIRA
  • Certification as a Scrum Master or Product Owner is a bonus
