Kaleido Kids LLP is seeking a Dance Enrichment Instructor to conduct weekly dance lessons for preschool children aged 3 to 6 across Singapore. Position: Part-Time / Freelance. Location: Various preschools across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Dance, Creative Movement, or other movement-based programmes.
• Strong foundation in at least one dance genre such as Hip Hop, Kpop, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary.
• Experience teaching or working with preschool-aged children is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fun, engaging, and age-appropriate Dance lessons for preschool children.

About the Role

We are looking for Dance Enrichment Instructors to join our growing team!

As an instructor, you will be conducting weekly Dance enrichment classes at preschools across Singapore, working with young children aged 3 to 6.

Our programme introduces children to dance and movement through fun, age-appropriate activities, helping them develop coordination, rhythm, musicality, creativity, and confidence. Dance genres offered include Hip Hop, Kpop, Ballet, Jazz, Creative Movement, and Dance Fit.

We are looking for someone who loves dancing, enjoys working with young children, and can bring energy, creativity, and enthusiasm into every lesson.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct fun, engaging, and age-appropriate Dance lessons for preschool children.

• Bring our curriculum to life through movement activities, dance games, music, and choreography.

• Introduce basic dance techniques while developing children's coordination, rhythm, musicality, and body awareness.

• Teach and break down simple dance routines into manageable steps for young learners.

• Encourage children to explore movement, express themselves creatively, and build confidence through dance.

• Create a warm, positive, and supportive classroom environment.

• Adapt movements and activities to suit children's different ages, abilities, and learning needs.

• Manage classroom routines and keep children engaged throughout the lesson.

• Observe children's progress and provide feedback when needed.

• Help prepare children for end-of-term showcases or dance performances where applicable.

• Work closely with our team and partner preschools to ensure a positive learning experience.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in teaching Dance, Creative Movement, or other movement-based programmes is preferred.

• A strong foundation in at least one dance genre, such as Hip Hop, Kpop, Ballet, Jazz, or Contemporary Dance.

• Experience teaching or working with preschool-aged children is an advantage.

• Enjoys working with young children and knows how to keep them engaged through music and movement.

• Energetic, expressive, patient, and creative in delivering lessons.

• Comfortable teaching choreography and managing a group of preschool children independently.

• Able to adapt dance movements and teaching methods to suit different ages, abilities, and confidence levels.

• Responsible, punctual, and able to commit to regular teaching schedules.

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in Dance, Performing Arts, Early Childhood Education, or related fields would be an advantage.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys dancing and teaching, and believes in helping children grow in confidence through movement and self-expression!

Working Arrangements

• Position: Part-Time / Freelance

• Location: Various preschools across Singapore

• Working Hours: Weekdays, based on assigned class schedules

• Remuneration: Session-based rates, depending on teaching experience, qualifications, class duration, and group size.

• Teaching Resources: Curriculum will be provided, with room for instructors to bring their own creativity and choreography into lessons.
