Job summary

Avanade is seeking a seasoned D365 SCM Functional Lead to drive discovery and scoping for ERP solutions tailored to client needs. You will bridge Avanade clients, project teams, and the ERP community, applying industry processes and Avanade methodologies to deliver value.

You will lead the Supply Chain workstream across APAC, frame functional requirements, and guide workshops and design discussions to close gaps with scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in D365 SCM with 8+ years as a Functional Lead.
• Deep knowledge of Manufacturing within Dynamics 365.
• Experience leading client-facing ERP implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Supply Chain workstream on APAC projects.
• Define and align functional requirements with business processes.
• Elicit, document and validate client requirements.
• Own the requirements process: approvals, traceability and reuse.
• Lead client workshops and design gap solutions.
• Prototype and configure processes per constraints.
• Support key-users during UAT and issue resolution.

Summary

As a D365 SCM Functional Lead, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You’ll solve problems using your ERP knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team and the wider internal ERP community. Avanade’s industry-specific business process modelling and implementation methodology enables faster time to value and lowers total cost of ownership. Key Responsibilities

• Be one of the leaders in our Avanade ERP HUB, leading and supporting the Supply Chain workstream on projects across APAC, mentoring and guiding the team both on and off the project.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your experience of industry, technology and best practices to achieve the best outcomes.
• Own and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-use.
• Lead client workshops, analyse business process decomposition, and design solutions for application and process gaps.
• Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints.
• Support key-users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring the system meets client expectations.

Qualifications

Skill and experiences

• Min 12+ Years of experience with D365 SCM, with 8+ Years of experience as a Functional Lead
• Strong understanding and experience with Manufacturing
• Strong understanding of core and extended functionality in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain& Operations.
• Experience leading workstreams, collaborating tightly with the counterpart at the customer.
• Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders as it relates to status and progress on projects.
• Strong consulting and client-facing experience from an implementation partner.
• Able to learn and adapt to Avanade delivery tools and methodology.
• Second working language to English such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.

• Microsoft Certified: Functional Consultant Associate (Finance/Supply Chain)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or relevant technical certifications
