Avanade in Singapore seeks an ERP Finance Lead to guide a functional workstream implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will be trusted advisor to clients, driving requirements through to deployment, with a focus on leadership and delivering high‑impact solutions.

Based in Singapore, you will lead SEA projects, coordinate local and offshore teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignments with business processes.

Formación

• Finance industry background is highly desirable (ACCA, CPA).
• 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a finance consultant.
• 4+ years of experience as a Finance lead for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of core and extended functionality in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience leading workstreams, collaborating tightly with the counterpart at the customer.
• Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders as it relates to status and progress on projects.
• Strong consulting and client-facing experience from an implementation partner.
• Able to learn and adapt to Avanade delivery tools and methodology.
• Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Finance certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a workstream in requirements definition through build and deployment of D365 F&O.
• Establish client relationships and maintain a trusted advisor posture with stakeholders.
• Be the SEA D365 F&O team leader based in Singapore and grow the business.
• Lead local/nearshore and offshore teams to deliver D365 F&O Finance solutions.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business processes.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients using industry knowledge.
• Own and manage the requirements process with approvals and traceability.
• Guide workshops, analyze processes, and design solutions for gaps.
• Prototype and configure processes to fit customer constraints.
