Avanade Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an ERP Finance Lead to guide a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations workstream from requirements through build and deployment. You will partner with clients and stakeholders, shape solutions, and ensure delivery excellence across SEA.

You will lead local, nearshore, and offshore teams, balancing finance processes with technology, and contribute to growth in the SEA Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice.

Qualifications

• Finance industry background is highly desirable (ACCA, CPA) with 7+ years' Dynamics 365 F&O experience.
• 4+ years as a Finance lead for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong consulting and client-facing experience from an implementation partner.

Summary

As an ERP Finance Lead, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, leading a functional workstream through the implementation of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a focus on innovation, leadership, and delivering high-impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading a workstream in the definition and collection of requirements through to the build and deployment of the solution in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. A client centric attitude and excellent interpersonal skills are required to lead and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Be one of the leaders in our Southeast Asia (SEA) Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team, based in Singapore. You will be both leading our finance projects across SEA and growing the business. Working closely with the practice leadership by providing your skills to solution new projects. Be the leader for both a local/nearshore team, and a offshore team to deliver on D365 F&O Finance for our customers, ensuring successful project outcomes. Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes. Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your experience of industry, technology and best practices to achieve the best outcomes. Own and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication traceability, and re-use. Lead client workshops, analyse business process decomposition, and design solutions for application and process gaps. Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints. Support key-users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring the system meets client expectations.

Skills and experiences

• Finance industry background is highly desirable (ACCA, CPA) Min 7+ Years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a finance consultant.
• 4+ Years of experience as a Finance lead for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong understanding of core and extended functionality in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience leading workstreams, collaborating tightly with the counterpart at the customer.
• Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders as it relates to status and progress on projects.
• Strong consulting and client-facing experience from an implementation partner.
• Able to learn and adapt to Avanade delivery tools and methodology.
• Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Finance certifications are a plus. .
