Job summary

UNTHREATS PTE. LTD. is a leading regional IT and cyber security system integrator headquartered in Singapore. We are hiring an IT Security Analyst to support SOC operations, diagnose incidents, document resolutions, and provide quality service to clients regionally.

The candidate should hold a Diploma/Degree in IT or Cyber Security, with at least 1 year of IT experience; fresh graduates are welcome as we provide training and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in IT or Cyber Security with related certifications a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of IT experience; fresh graduates welcome with training provided.
• Solid understanding of IT networks, data storage, networks, Windows/Wintel servers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance in the Security Operations Center and support computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Respond to queries, run diagnostics, isolate issues and implement solutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps and ensure prompt, quality service to clients.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and create training materials.
