Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking a Cybersecurity Platform Engineer to provide operational, technical, and integration support for vulnerability management solutions (self-hosted and SaaS) in client environments. The role focuses on system administration, enhancements, incident resolution, and performance optimization, with work at client offices on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of deployment, operational management and/or maintenance support of Tenable VMS solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex platform issues.
• Experience performing integration with external systems.
• Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability management.
• Experience working with vendor support and escalation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Tenable VMS platform.
• Handle service requests: onboarding, offboarding, configurations, scan jobs, reports.
• Integrate with external systems.
• Maintain operational docs and SOPs for patching and maintenance.
• Log and manage vendor support cases and coordinate troubleshooting.
• Respond to vulnerability remediation, scan analysis, and report interpretation.
• Own incidents and service requests; ensure timely resolution.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 operational support with escalation as needed.
• Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis; implement corrective actions.
• Perform patching, plug‑in updates and routine maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements.
