Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking a capable security operations leader to drive daily tasks for security platforms and supporting infrastructure at customer sites. You will act as the single point of contact for operations and coach a small team of engineers, shaping processes and documenting procedures to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or related discipline
• 6+ years of professional work experience in operations of IT infrastructure and/or cyber security projects
• Broad knowledge of infrastructure and system management, and service management based on the ITIL framework
• Proven experience in cyber security operations especially in public sector is advantageous
• Project management, stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to lead a team to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall day-to-day work of security platforms and supporting infrastructure located at customer sites in ensuring operational tasks are executed and issues are rectified in accordance with policies and processes
• Function as the single point-of-contact for all operations related matters to the Customer
• Oversee and coach a small team of operations engineers
• Develop and continually update the framework, procedures, processes and documentation for operations in accordance with customer requirements and best practices
• Ensure operational reports (periodic and ad-hoc) are delivered accurately and timely
• Ensure strict compliance to the agreed operational SLA
• Review, approve and execute Service Requests submitted by the customer within the agreed timeline
• Track and improve operational metrics
• Identify and manage service delivery risks and implement mitigation
• Deliver a positive security outcome to drive customer satisfaction, retention and growth
