Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an IT Security Officer to safeguard digital assets and uphold top information security standards. You will identify vulnerabilities, implement security controls, and promote cyber awareness across the organization.

The role requires hands-on experience with security monitoring, risk analysis, and collaboration with IT teams to strengthen the security posture. Office-based work in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT security or related field.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls and SIEM tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as PDPA.
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks and systems for security breaches or intrusions.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and risk analysis.
• Implement and maintain security tools, policies, and procedures.
• Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.
• Prepare reports on incidents and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen overall security posture.
