CYBERSECURITY MANAGER

About the Position

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Cybersecurity Manager to join our team. The Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s information security program, managing security teams, and implementing measures to protect systems, data, and networks from cyberattacks. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and knowledge of compliance requirements. This role involves designing and implementing security measures, managing security operations, overseeing incident response, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Cybersecurity Manager will work closely with stakeholders to assess risks, develop policies, and coordinate security initiatives, while also providing leadership to the cybersecurity team. This position requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security measures to safeguard networks, systems, and applications
• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity policies and procedures
• Provide technical proposals and deliver with quality standards and deadlines
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee the installation and configuration of security systems
• Coordinate cybersecurity awareness training for employees
• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and regulations
• Prepare regular security reports for senior management
• Monitor and analyse security alerts and logs from firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and other systems
• Implement security controls and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Investigate, contain, and respond to security incidents and breaches
• Participate in Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, hardening, VAPT
• Automate security operations using scripts or tools to improve

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity Operation
• Certifications in CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+. CISA
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant fields

Technical Skills

• Proven experience in security operations and incident response
• Proficient with Cybersecurity principles
• Strong understanding of network security, cloud security, and compliance frame works
• Has knowledge of TCP/IP network switch and routing
