Job summary

Network For Electronic Transfers (S) invites applications for a BCS cybersecurity intern to gain hands-on experience across real-world security projects. You'll be trained as a cybersecurity practitioner and rotated among key functions within the BCS Security Division under a dedicated mentor.

You will assist in developing security policies, performing risk assessments, vulnerability scans, monitoring, and reporting while building communication and presentation skills in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Currently a student pursuing a Degree or Diploma in CS, CE, or Information Security fields.
• Prior experience in CTFs or cybersecurity internships.
• Hands-on programming with PowerShell & Python.

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop and maintain cyber security policies, standards and procedures
• Assist to conduct cyber risks and assessments
• Assist with vulnerability assessment and compliance scans
• Assist with the maintenance of cybersecurity solutions
• Assist with cybersecurity monitoring
• Assist with cybersecurity metrics monitoring and reporting
