Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking a cybersecurity-focused professional to strengthen resilience and incident management for Singapore’s energy sector. You will work with government partners and industry stakeholders to implement cybersecurity policies and incident response procedures.

The role requires hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks, strong communication, and the ability to operate under tight timelines, including weekend rosters during emergencies.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of relevant industry experience in cybersecurity resilience and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Understand the energy industry and its IT/OT systems and disruptions from cybersecurity incidents.
• Familiar with Cybersecurity Act and Cybersecurity Code of Practice.
• Administer and enforce cybersecurity policies to improve resilience of energy sector.
• Liaise with other government agencies and industry partners on cybersecurity resilience.
• Develop and refine Cybersecurity Incident Management SOPs and IT systems/platforms.
• Be rostered to work during weekends during emergencies.
