Job summary

Economic Development Board in Singapore seeks a cybersecurity resilience and incident management professional to safeguard energy sector IT/OT systems. You will work with government agencies and industry partners to enforce cybersecurity policies and respond to incidents.

Candidates should have 5–8 years in cybersecurity, strong communication, and data management skills; Singaporean; willing to work weekends during emergencies. This role requires deep knowledge of Cybersecurity Act and CoP.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant industry experience in cybersecurity resilience and incident management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Understand the energy industry, its supply chain, its IT & OT Systems and potential disruptions due to cybersecurity incidents.
• Familiar with Cybersecurity Act and Cybersecurity Code of Practice
• Administer and enforce cybersecurity policies and requirements to improve cybersecurity resilience of energy sector.
• Liaising with other government agencies and key industry partners in improving the cybersecurity resilience of energy sector.
• Jointly develop and refine Cybersecurity Incident Management SOPs and IT system/platform.
