Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity leader to drive GRC across managed products and platforms. You will act as the de facto lead for governance, risk, and compliance, and operate as the 2nd line of defence for ICT controls.

You will partner with product teams to embed secure delivery practices and own Security Plan governance. The role emphasizes automation, evidence management, and KPI tracking, with a focus on scalable, policy-driven assurance across GovTech-related

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or a closely related field.
• Experience in ICT governance, security controls across applications, infrastructure and SaaS.
• Proven ability to provide independent challenge and governance in 2nd line of defence.
• Strong policy writing skills with the ability to translate into playbooks and guidance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the de facto lead for GRC, shaping governance of risk and compliance across managed products and platforms.
• Operate as 2nd line of defence for ICT risk and controls with independent challenge on design and effectiveness.
• Partner with Product teams to embed security and compliance into delivery practice.
• Own governance and standards for Security Plan submissions, including templates and evidence.
• Design and own workflows for ICT audit, risk, and findings management.
• Translate policy into clear guidance for product teams and drive policy adoption.
