Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking an Information Technology Security Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Singapore. The role covers governance, vulnerability management, risk assessments and cloud security posture management, with strong coordination and documentation requirements.

You will coordinate reviews, maintain security records and dashboards, and support policy updates, while ensuring alignment with Board expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of enterprise cybersecurity concepts including vulnerability management and risk assessment.
• Experience coordinating cybersecurity assessments, remediation activities and security review processes.
• Ability to review vulnerability findings, security architecture diagrams, firewall rules, and compliance reports.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, standards and governance processes.
• Strong analytical, documentation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Board-level cybersecurity governance, assurance and security management activities.
• Coordinate security reviews, risk assessments and reporting with stakeholders.
• Maintain security architecture records, CSPM findings, and vulnerability trackers.
• Prepare security reports, dashboards and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
