TikTok Shop is seeking a Project Intern to contribute to short-term security projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Join the E-commerce Security team to help safeguard the platform, enabling confident shopping and reliable merchant services.

You will work on traceability analysis of security incidents, data-table development for API assets, and exploration of black-market activity with engineers, while gaining practical security analytics experience in a global tech

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical field related to Infocomm Security or CS.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with security log analysis/mining (e.g., SQL).
• Coding experience with Python or similar languages.
• Solid CS foundation and understanding of cyber attacks and defense countermeasures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct traceability analysis on e-commerce security incident cases using system logs, traffic data and intelligence data, and summarize attack methods.
• Develop and optimise data tables for e-commerce API assets with engineers, and support data tagging per security governance.
• Explore black industry chain activities in key business contexts, security intelligence collection tools, and investigate operations and profit models.
• Track cyber attacks, perform reverse analysis of black-market tools, and identify weak points in security defenses.
