Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to support autonomous and electric vehicle initiatives. You will translate international standards into a practical cybersecurity framework and advise on system architecture and risk assessment.

The role covers framework development, advisory services, testing, and stakeholder engagement, requiring strong knowledge of TARA, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 20489, and UNECE R155/R156.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years cybersecurity experience with CAV/EV exposure.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (ECUs, CAN, Automotive Ethernet, V2X).
• Experience with threat modelling (TARA, STRIDE) and regulatory assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity framework for CAV/EV per international standards.
• Provide advisory on secure architecture and lifecycle controls for vehicle systems.
• Lead testing definitions including penetration testing and adversarial simulations.
• Collaborate with industry partners, OEMs and operators; present findings to management.
