The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore offers the Cybersecurity Development Programme (CSDP), a 12-month pathway designed to grow cybersecurity talent for public sector roles. It combines structured classroom training with a subsequent 11-month posting to CSA divisions or partner agencies.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering or related STEM field.
Strong aptitude and curiosity in cybersecurity with a high willingness to learn and grow.
Solid foundation in computing concepts like networks, operating systems, programming and information security.
Interest in applying technical knowledge to national-level cybersecurity challenges and public service.

Responsibilities

Phase 1 Classroom Training to build technical and professional capabilities and attain cybersecurity certifications.
Phase 2 11-month job posting across CSA divisions or partner agencies for hands-on experience in domains such as Malware Analysis, Digital Forensics & Incident Response, Penetration Testing, and Governance.
