Job summary

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore seeks a driven engineer to join the iATM workstream within the NGPO. You will help define cloud architectures, enable secure, scalable flight plan filing and air traffic management systems, and collaborate across vendors, government partners, and internal teams.

You will work through lifecycle phases from requirements to deployment, testing, and operations, contributing to security-by-design, IaC, CI/CD, and observability.

Qualifications

• Trained in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computing), or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale ICT systems across the project lifecycle with vendors or contractors.
• Good understanding of cloud architecture, Linux, networking, IAM, and cybersecurity; container experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical work packages.
• Define cloud platform architecture, landing zones, IAM, networking, and baseline security controls.
• Review vendor sizing, services, and deployment plans for performance and cost objectives.
• Support IaC and configuration management standards (Terraform/Ansible).
• Contribute to DevSecOps, security-by-design, and CI/CD controls and evidence.
• Assist in integration testing, runbooks, monitoring, and incident management activities.
