• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity process alignment.
• Support audits and assessments, including evidence for ISO/SAE 21434 and related standards.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvements in cybersecurity processes.
• Coordinate with IT to establish a cybersecurity key management system for development and manufacturing.
• Lead cybersecurity testing and verification for products.
• Oversee monitoring and incident response post mass production.

Job description

Job Description:

• Define, implement, and maintain a cybersecurity engineering process & Cybersecurity management system across the product lifecycle, from concept to decommissioning.
• Responsible of Cyber Security Manager in project and Cyber Security Architecture.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional process stakeholders to ensure alignment & consistency with the cybersecurity process.
• Support internal and external audits and assessments, including preparation of evidence for ISO/SAE 21434 and other relevant standards.
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities within the cybersecurity process and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the IT department to establish a Cyber security key management system to meet the needs of project development and manufacturing.
• Manager Cyber security testing and verification for products
• Oversee ongoing cyber security monitoring and handle cyber security incidents after project mass production.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of Cybersecurity Automotive standards and regulations such as ISO21434, R155, GB44495.
• Experience defining, maintaining and improving engineering processes, work products, and lifecycle documentation.
• Familiarity with Tier 1 supplier cybersecurity management, including requirements definition and compliance assessment.
• Practical experience with performing & coordinating the TARA analysis for automotive items/components.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of process definition and governance.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across diverse cultural backgrounds and multiple time zones.
• ISO 21434 Certification (or other equivalent certifications) is highly appreciated.
• Experience/familiarity with the incident response process is a plus.
• Proficiency in python scripting.
