Job summary

A leading technology services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced IAM Consultant to manage identity and access management solutions. The candidate should have strong programming skills and experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Responsibilities include developing custom reports and workflows, managing integrations, and leading compliance activities. The role requires excellent communication skills and familiarity with tools such as BMC Remedy and CyberArk. Certification in PMP or Agile is preferred.

Job description

Scope of Work onsite (general work scope, working hour and day)

Working hour Standard office hour, 8.30 -6pm , Monday to Friday

• Manage source code and build activities
• Install, customize, configure, and support SailPoint and other identity provisioning and governance tools
• Develop custom reports, workflows, and connectors (as needed)
• Architect, design, and implement large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
• Participate / Lead in development, testing and deployment of solutions, advanced debugging and troubleshooting of issues, including interacting with technology vendors.
• Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model for multiple projects.
• Customize, configure, and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion.
• Interact with various client business units to drive adoption and get requirements from application owners and onboard those applications into IAM solution.
• Onboard applications like Workday, SAP, Active Directory, GoogleApps, ServiceNow etc., and integrate with joiner/mover/leaver, access request and access review processes.
• Lead process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevant for the project delivery and help factor reusability and related benefits.
• Adhere to and implement security best practices across multiple engagements.
• Interpret technical documentation to drive implementation of new technologies.
• Write code for IAM component integration (e.g., custom application connectors, scripts, programs, etc.).
• Troubleshoot IAM system failures.
• Follow cyber security best practices (e.g., least privilege, bastion hosts, personal admin accounts, etc.).
• Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards.
• Drive intake and fulfillment of bugs, fixes, and enhancements.

Requirements

• 11. To use Companys platforms for fulfilment of requests and generation of reports.
• BMC Remedy, HPPM, SailPoint Identity IQ, CyberArk, Tableau, AWS.
• Strong communication – verbal and spoken English.
• PMP / Agile Certified.
• Client is also looking for Cybersecurity Consultants/Analysts/Engineers with experience in development, especially in programming and/or coding. This experience will ultimately assist in the future plans for Client to add to their existing skillsets. Having worked in AWS is a plus, but not necessary.
