Job summary

SMRT Corporation in Singapore seeks a Manager, Compliance to join the GRC team. This role is responsible for ensuring that cybersecurity policies, standards and controls are effectively implemented to manage cybersecurity risks across the organisation.

You will support the Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance in developing and operating a robust cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance framework and in strengthening organisational resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• 5–10 years in cybersecurity governance, audit, risk management or compliance.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001 and CIS Controls.
• Knowledge of PDPA and sector-specific standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement a robust cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance framework.
• Monitor maturity levels and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal cybersecurity compliance activities across business units.
• Develop awareness and training programmes.
