Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a leadership-caliber cybersecurity professional to define and execute the strategy for protecting digital platforms, cloud assets and enterprise systems. The role encompasses governance, risk management and incident readiness across hybrid environments.

You will oversee third-party risk management and report to executive leadership on security posture and emerging threats, driving alignment with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Cyber Security and information security.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Exposure to stakeholder and external vendor management.
• Lean security team experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute cyber security and tech risk strategy to secure digital platforms, cloud assets, and enterprise systems.
• Direct security governance and control framework adoption across the enterprise while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Oversee security operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessments, and incident response readiness across hybrid environments.
• Establish a robust third-party risk management program to evaluate external vendors and integration partners.
• Stakeholder reporting: advise executive leadership on security posture and emerging risk landscapes.
