Qualifications

• Final-year diploma student pursuing IT, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in data analysis, asset management, and cybersecurity governance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts.
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven; good team player with analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Validate and reconcile asset inventory records across multiple systems
• Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and opportunities to improve asset accuracy
• Support asset onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management activities
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze asset inventory data and identify trends, risks, and actions
• Develop reports and dashboards to support operational monitoring and decision‑making
• Present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Governance & Compliance: Support audit readiness and asset compliance initiatives
• Assist in tracking asset-related actions, status updates, and remediation activities
• Contribute to process improvement and governance practices
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with technical teams and asset owners to validate records
