Job summary

Nityo Infotech Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to be the primary technical advisor for a strategic public sector customer in Singapore. You will own technical escalations, coordinate security services, and ensure delivery of enterprise security solutions.

The role requires strong cybersecurity expertise, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills, with a background in endpoint security, EDR/XDR, and enterprise security platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Account Management
• 3+ years of Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Senior Support Engineering experience
• Strong cybersecurity background including Endpoint Security, EDR/XDR, and Enterprise Security Platforms
• Experience supporting enterprise and/or public sector customers
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
