Job summary

Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) seeks a candidate to oversee governance and risk assessment for organisations under CSA’s legislative framework. You will shape governance, assess risks, and coordinate incident reporting to strengthen national cyber resilience.

The role focuses on building trusted relationships with industry stakeholders and developing national cybersecurity programmes to address emerging threats and improve Singapore’s cybersecurity posture.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity risk management
• Familiarity with certification frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001) is a plus
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and cybersecurity governance

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement governance frameworks for organisations subject to CSA’s legislative framework.
• Assess organisational cybersecurity risks and provide recommendations for risk management and regulatory oversight.
• Oversee cybersecurity incident reporting and coordinate engagements with organisations to strengthen cyber resilience.
• Build relationships with industry stakeholders as the primary engagement point under the division’s purview.
• Design, develop and maintain national cybersecurity programmes to address emerging risks and enhance capabilities for Singapore enterprises.
• Conduct landscape studies, analyse technology trends, and identify threats and capability gaps.
• Develop strategies to accelerate programme adoption through funding, incentives, partnerships and policy initiatives.
• Collaborate with government agencies, industry bodies, insurers and technology providers to strengthen Singapore’s cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Monitor programme performance, evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements.
